'Barton's Point Model Flying Club fun fly will be at 10am on Sunday 7th September. Or should the weather be bad that day, then Sunday 14th September.

It’s a simple and easy competition that’s open to all. It will have four tasks with one point awarded for each completed task of the one minute sections and a point for each second of glide.  

The tasks are;  

Climb for 20 seconds from take-off and then glide for as long as possible without power.

Perform as many loops as possible in one minute from take-off. Bonus points for outside loops (bunts).

Perform as many rolls as possible in one minute from take-off.

Perform as many touch and goes as possible in one minute. The touchdown has to be in front of the pilot’s box.

Please do come along and join in, its great fun and very relaxed. If you don’t want to fly help with scoring would be greatly appreciated. You can use any airplane to enter but it must be the same model for all tasks. There are no prizes just the satisfaction of taking part and having a lot of fun.

The task durations may alter a little dependent on how many enter.
